I think that challenges and pain can be a conduit for creativity, urging us to document our condition and share our struggles.

So we still our minds and the judgement beneath our inner voice, and we paint, write, photograph, sing, or speak to the hurt we feel and slowly with faith and determination, we begin to heal and we find, inspiration and our art.

Forcing ourselves to look within and to face our fears is the stuff courage is made of.

It is how we find our way out of the darkness and into the light.

I couldn’t agree more, its as if we find our truest self through adversity; and that self can only express itself by creating!

I think that’s it! I guess the trick is to find our truest self without constant adversity, but instead find our truest self, in gratitude and joy.
